Dr. Govind Pal, Principal Scientist in Agricultural Economics. He received the Ph.D. and M.Sc degree in Agricultural Economics from the Institute of CSAUA&T Kanpur, UP and  received the B.Sc. degree in Ag. & A.H. from the Institute of GBPUA&T Pantnagar, UP. 

Currently, he is working  as a Principal Scientist in the Organization of ICAR- Indian Institute of Seed Science, Mau, Uttar Pradesh.
