Dr. Chan Ling Meng
Ms. Chan Ling Meng @ Cynthia obtained her Master of Science, majoring in Human Resource Development (HRD) from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). She is enrolling her PhD (HRD) in Feb 2014. Currently she is actively participating in research activities, collaboration with UPM and UTAR.
